Police say suspect robbed same bank 3 days in a row, A three-day bank robbery spree came to an end Wednesday after cops nabbed the brazen suspect outside a Lower Manhattan bank he's accused of robbing three times in three days.Authorities say 29-year-old Charles Burnett was arrested outside the Sovereign Bank on Gold Street after officers recognized him from surveillance photos.

According to police, Burnett allegedly first robbed the downtown bank Monday morning, then hit it again the following morning, and in keeping in line with the apparent "Groundhog's Day" theme, he struck again Wednesday morning.

After successfully fleeing the first two times, Burnett wasn't so lucky the third time.
