Tiger Woods has a new bachelor pad in Jupiter, Florida and the pictures of the mansion and the grounds are spectacular.
People Magazine has the specs:
"The estate has a four-hole golf course with sand traps, 100 ft.-long swimming pool, diving pool, spa, 100 ft. field and track area, tennis and basketball courts, a pair of boat docks, and a reflecting pond. Inside the facility is a 5,700 sq.-ft. fitness center."

Another bachelor pad is on the market...
Actor Ashton Kutcher has finally put his bachelor-pad home on the market almost six years after wedding Demi Moore. The 32-year-old What Happens In Vegas star has put the Hollywood Hills home up for sale for $2.6 million, even though he only paid $1 million, just a year before he tied the knot with Moore.
And a portion of the sale price will be donated to the Demi and Ashton Foundation (DNA), a non-profit organization set up by the couple that raises awareness about child sex slavery and helps in the rehabilitation of the victims. According to the exclusive listing on Zillow.com, the home was originally 2,002 sq ft and was expanded to 3,235 sq ft during its renovation.

Dubai's downturn halts Tiger Woods golf course
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates—Plans for a Tiger Woods signature golf estate, including a boutique hotel and sheik-style palaces, have been shelved as Dubai's financial downturn claimed another major project launched during the eye-popping boom years. A statement Monday by the golf course developer—part of a conglomerate controlled by Dubai's debt-squeezed ruler—said "market conditions" were behind the decision to suspend work on The Tiger Woods Dubai on the city's desert outskirts.
The announcement—just before Woods is scheduled to play in the Dubai Desert Classic next week—shows that Dubai's property market is still wobbling from the severe credit crunch that hit last year and stalled many headline-grabbing projects, including an even larger version of the manmade palm-shaped island that helped put Dubai on the map.
