Moon passing Jupiter and astrology 2013
Moon passing Jupiter and astrology 2013, Moon will seem to 'fly by' Jupiter in night sky, The moon passing Jupiter tonight has many stargazers and night owls excited this weekend, as Upcoming Yahoo News reported this Sunday, Feb. 17, that the moon will seem to “fly past” a very bright Jupiter tonight and Monday in the night sky.

This isn’t the first time the moon has appeared to come rather close to the largest planet in our solar system, Jupiter, either. In addition to Thanksgiving and Christmas, the moon will again appear in a conjunction with Jupiter this Feb.......examiner.

Yet in Feb., the moon comes closest to Jupiter than in the other months of the year. Tonight the moon passing Jupiter conjunction is set for Feb. 18 at 7 a.m. EST. However, the night sky view of the moon and the planet will be below the North American horizon at this time, so stargazers here will need to see the moon “snuggling” with Jupiter this evening and tomorrow (Monday) night.

With the recent news of a meteorite hitting Russia this week and the close call by an asteroid in space, the world has certainly had its share of interesting celestial events this Feb.
