Kardashian sells mansion
Kardashian originally purchased the 4,000 square foot, 5 bedroom home in 2010 for about $4.8 million, but it appears she barely broke even, if that, with the recent sale. The home went to an undisclosed buyer who also got all the pricey furniture that was in it. Talk about starting anew.
Kardashian and new boyfriend Kanye West, with whom she expecting a baby, recently bought a 14,000-square-foot Italian villa in Bel Air for $11 million that is being revamped to include a gym, basketball court, movie theater, indoor/outdoor pools and two salons for hair and makeup.
Her divorce with the scorned Humphries is not over though. Kim filed for emergency divorce this month, with a judge finalizing their trial for May 6. Let's hope the NBA player gets a new lawyer by then.
