The Keeping Up With The Kardashian sisters could be taken to court over the diet supplement QuickTrim that they have endorsed for years, because it allegedly contains too much caffeine, reports the New York Post.
Kim and Khloe strip off for the adverts in their purple bikinis and the ads have often been emblazoned on their blogs as well as tweeting about it when they're back on their diets.
Now Bursor & Fisher, the law firm who are getting ready to file the lawsuit have said: “The active ingredient in QuickTrim weight loss products is a large dose of caffeine… The FDA has determined that caffeine is not safe or effective for weight loss.”
