2012 Celebrity Apprentice, hen Donald Trump's "The Celebrity Appearance" opens for business on NBC TV on February 19, what headliners will enter the picture? Some 18 popular and perhaps controversial figures have tossed their hats into the Big Apple arena to compete for fame and fortune for their favorite charities.

Here's the 2012 lineup for "The Celebrity Apprentice":

Adam Carolla, radio and television personality ("The Adam Carolla Show," "The Hammer," and "Dancing with the Stars"), will play along with Trump for Catholic Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

Arsenio Hall, television personality ("The Arsenio Hall Show," "World's Funniest Moments," and "Your OWN Show") and actor ("Martial Law"), voice-over artist ("Black Dynamite" and "Igor"), will compete for The Magic Johnson Foundation.

Aubrey O'Day, stage performer ("Fame," "Hairspray," "Peepshow," "Rent," and "Wicked"), television personality ("Making the Band") and model ("Image" and "Playboy"), will vie for funds for the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network.

Cheryl Tiegs, supermodel ("Elle," "Glamour," and "Vogue") and television personality ("Living with Ed," "Pathfinders: Exotic Journeys," and "True Beauty"), will contend on "The Celebrity Apprentice" for The Farrah Fawcett Foundation.

Clay Aiken, singer ("Invisible," "This Is the Night," and "A Thousand Different Ways"), television personality ("American Idol"), and stage performer ("Monty Python's Spamalot"), will enter the Trump boardroom for the National Inclusion Project.

Dayana Mendoza, Miss Universe (2008) and HIV/AIDS activist, will join the contest on behalf of the Latino Commission on AIDS.

Debbie Gibson, singer ("Foolish Beat," "I Love You," and "Rise"), stage personality ("Funny Girl," "Grease," "Les Miserables," and "Pop Goes Broadway"), and children's activist, will play to benefit Children International.

Dee Snider, rock star (Twisted Sister), television personality ("Gone Country," "Growing Up Twisted," and "Rock the Cradle") and stage performer ("Rock of Ages"), will crank up the competition to help the March of Dimes.

George Takei, actor ("Star Trek") and voice-over artist ("Batman Beyond: The Movie," "Hercules," "Mulan," and "The Simpsons"), will compete for the Japanese American National Museum.

Lisa Lampanelli, comedienne ("Long Live the Queen," "HBO Roasts" and "Tough Love"), actress ("The Aristocrats" and "Drillbit Taylor"), and author ("Chocolate, Please: My Adventures in Food, Fat and Freaks"), has joined "The Celebrity Apprentice" to assist the Gay Men's Health Crisis.

Lou Ferrigno, bodybuilder and actor ("The Incredible Hulk," "I Love You, Man," and "The King of Queens"), hopes to rip up the competition to help the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Michael Andretti, Indianapolis 500 race car driver, will rev up the action to assist Racing for Cancer.

Patricia Velasquez, model ("Bazaar," "Marie Clair," and "Vogue"), stage performer ("School of the Americas"), actress ("The Mummy" and "The Mummy Returns"), and philanthropist, will contend with Trump and the celebrity lineup to aid the Wayuu Taya Foundation.

Paul Teutul, Sr., motorcycle maker (Orange County Choppers), television personality ("American Chopper"), and author ("The Ride of a Lifetime: Doing Business the Orange County Choppers Way"), will join "The Celebrity Apprentice" rumble for the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Penn Jillette, comedian, stage performer ("Penn & Teller"), and television personality ("Dancing with the Stars," "Identity," "MTV Cribs," "Penn & Teller: Bull___," and "Penn & Teller Tell a Lie") and author ("God No! Signs You Might Be an Atheist and Other Magic Tales"), will play for Opportunity Village.

Teresa Giudice, television personality ("The Real Housewives of New Jersey") and author ("Fabulicious! Teresa's Italian Family Cookbook" and "Skinny Italian"), will line up with Trump's headlining competitors to help The NephCure Foundation.

Tia Carrere, singer ("Hawaiiana"), voice-over artist ("Lilo & Stitch"), and actress ("General Hospital," "Nip/Tuck," "Relic Hunter," "Rising Sun," "Wayne's World," and "You May Not Kiss the Bride"), will attempt to raise donations for After School All-Stars.

Victoria Gotti, author ("Hot Italian Dish," "The Senator's Daughter," and "This Family of Mine: What It Was Like Growing Up Gotti), journalist ("New York Post," "Reality Weekly," and "Star Magazine"), has signed on to compete on "The Celebrity Apprentice" for the Association to Benefit Children.
