Since leaving rehab earlier this year, the 19-year-old former Disney star has experimented with many looks -- transforming herself from wholesome teen queen, to edgy LA hipster, to last's night's envelope-pushing diva.
Rocking such a revealing dress is a huge step for the recovering star. Just recently, Demi admitted to still struggling with the body image issues that landed her in a rehabilitation center last Thanksgiving. "Just yesterday, I needed support; I was having to try on clothes that were made for a model's body and not for a girl with a healthy body," shared Dem. "And I was like, 'I don't know what to do...' I texted a bunch of people. I texted somebody that stays with me all the time to make sure that I stay healthy... I have a huge support system."
