Madonna and Daughter Lola Launch "Material Girls" Beauty Line

Madonna and Daughter Lola Launch "Material Girls" Beauty Line. "Material Girl," the tween collection "designed" by Madonna and her daughter Lourdes "Lola" Leon for Macy's just announced that they will be expanding. The fashionable mother-daughter duo saw controversy earlier this year when they opted to dismiss former face Taylor Momsen for Ozzy's daughter Kelly Osbourne. Looks like Kelly was the right choice as the collection will now include intimates, sleepwear, beauty and outerwear.

Fourteen-year-old Lola claims to have had a lot of involvement in designing the beauty products. She told WWD, "It was so much fun getting to pick all of my favorite scents for the Material Girl body products and lip glosses. The body products have fun names like Wicked Watermelon, Flirty Fruit, Midnight Magnolia and Sinful Sugar. I chose scents that I loved." What teen wouldn't think it would be awesome to smell like "Wicked Watermelon."

It is no surprise that "Material Girl" has launched beauty products after Lola's most recent blog post where she expressed her excitement at learning new beauty tips, "Something I'm newley (not a word) feelin', is hair and makeup tutorials on YouTube. Yeah I'm just the coolest kid. No but for shiz- it's soooo good, I learned how to do a fishtail braid!!!" With this kind of enthusiasm, we can't wait to see what she developed for Macy's.
