WWE Star Saves Mom, A former WWE star saved his mom recently from a fire, making the pro wrestler an instant hero. Chris Masters, who spent time in WWE in 2005-07 and then again from 2009 through 2011, is making headlines due to his recent act of courage during which he thwarted the attempts of an arson.According to a March 20 report from Wrestle Zone, Masters took to his Twitter account to provide details and pictures of his recent heroic deed. Masters posted several messages to Twitter including: "Saved my moms life!Son ofaB---h barricaded my mom in her apt & set the place on fire.I Broke my moms window with police help,&pulled herOut. Heres the aftermath.So thankful my moms alive!!!!!!!!!"
"Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.AHole got his from me!!!And is in jail as I type this.Moms resting comfortably with me at my place."
To make the save, Chris actually pulled a tree from the ground and then used it to smash open a window. Once he created the exit, he reached in through the window to help rescue his mother from the blaze. After his mother was safe, police rushed in to grab the neighor, arresting him for the arson charges.
Masters, real name Christopher Mordetzky, also posted several images including one that shows the damages sustained by the apartment as well as another photo showing the injuries he suffered on his left arm. There are no reports at this time stating whether he required or sought any medical attention after the incident.
The 30-year-old wrestling star was most recently seen with the WWE from 2009 through 2011, and in previous years conducted the "Master Lock Challenge" on various superstars. During the challenge, his opponent would have to try to break free from Masters' signature submission hold, "The Master Lock." Masters, nicknamed "The Masterpiece," never held any titles within the ranks of the WWE, and has been working with various independent wrestling organizations since his departure from WWE.
