Seth MacFarlane splits
"It happened a while ago," says our insider, adding, "It was nothing dramatic."
E! News reports the "Family Guy" creator and "Game of Thrones" beauty split because of distance.
"It was really a location challenge. She has been in Europe shooting Game of Thrones and he is based in California, so it was hard to make it work despite the distance. They have remained friends."
And work really is keeping both stars' schedules packed.
Aside from promoting the upcoming Season 3 premiere of her hit HBO show, Clarke, 25, has also been busy preparing for her Broadway show "Breakfast at Tiffany's" in New York City. Meanwhile, MacFarlane, 39, has been busy in L.A. working on his second feature film, "A Million Ways to Die in the West" with Amanda Seyfried and Charlize Theron.
The 2013 Oscar host tweeted on Tuesday:
In pre-production for A Million Ways To Die in the West.My horse hasn't kicked me yet, but he did say he hates Family Guy past season 3.

Somehow, we have a feeling neither Clarke nor MacFarlane will have any problems when it’s time for them to be back out on the singles market.
