WWE lawsuit: WWE settles lawsuit over Owen Hart's
Martha Hart, the widow of WWE performer Owen Hart, sued the company in June of 2010 over royalties and the use of her late husband's image, the Inquisitr reported.
According to TWNPNews the lawsuit was based around the Hart & Soul: The Hart Family Anthology DVD, a documentary that chronicles the lineage of the Hart family, released by the WWE in 2009.
On Wednesday, both parties separately announced they had reached a settlement. The details of the settlement haven't been disclosed.
