Beckhams move back to UK 2013
Beckhams move back to UK 2013, There's been loads of speculation surrounding the reasons behind David and Victoria Beckham's move back to UK shores: to be closer to family, for David's career, for Victoria's fashion line? Now, sources are claiming one big factor was Victoria's renewed friendship with her Spice Girls bandmates. After arriving (and posing) separately from her fellow Spice Girls for the recent launch of their musical Viva Forever, we got the impression Victoria was definitely the outsider of the group. Insiders claim though that working on the musical actually made Posh closer to her her fellow Spices.
Victoria's renewed friendships with Emma Bunton and Mel C in particular even reportedly inspired her move back to London, so she could carry on seeing her old mates.
"Her renewed friendship with the girls has played a massive part in her move home," an insider told Heat magazine. "They are a great support network. She's also looking forward to spending more time with her mum Jackie and sister Louise. They're so happy she's back and they can see the kids more often."
David and Victoria are reported to be renting a property near Notting Hill in London whilst doting dad David has also been spotting taking his boys to school in the area. The move back home follows David's departure from US football team, LA Galaxy. The couple are reportedly checking out homes in the capital in a bid to find a permanent base for their family.
Apparently it was Emma Bunton who encouraged the family to settle in the city, rather than in their lavish country pile dubbed Beckingham Palace, which they've owned since they married in 1999:
"Victoria never really liked that house and she wanted somewhere new," the source explained.
"She also really wants the kids to be familiar with London. It will also be the first time Victoria is close to the offices of her fashion line, which are based in Battersea."
