The report quoted a source as saying that, “She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people. It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help.”
The report says Moore checked into the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Sundance a week after she was released from the hospital. Moore was hospitalized on the 23rd of January when she collapsed in her home.
A source was also quoted in the report as saying that it was Moore’s ex husband, Ashton Kutcher, who encouraged her to get help. However People.com is also reporting that it was former husband Bruce Willis who urged Moore to get help at the facility.
The website quoted the source as saying that, “He was worried about her and wanted her to get better. Many of her friends did the same thing, but she just wouldn’t listen.”
Moore’s rep has issued a statement to the press saying the actress is seeking help to “treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.”
