Last Thursday, police were dispatched to the North Riverside Park Mall's Classic Cinema, 7501 W. Cermak Rd., on a report of a naked man inside the movie theater.

At one point, police said, Brown, 34, of the 4300 block of West 17th Street in Chicago, allegedly turned to face the audience and exposed his genitals to the crowd, which included children.

Brown was charged with sexual exploitation of a child and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

The Riverside-Brookfield Landmark reported that Brown told police that he was let into the movie theater by a woman who told him to go to the front row, take off his clothes and wait for her so they could have sex and do drugs. Because statements by Brown to police were made after he was issued his Miranda warning, and North Riverside police policy prohibits the release of such statements, North Riverside Police Chief Anthony Garvey said he could not confirm details of the statement. Brown remains in jail, his bond set at $100,000. His next court date is Monday in the Maybrook courthouse.
