Woman dies 15-year-old gunshot wound
Lakessha LaShawn Johnson, 34, died Nov. 8 from injuries she sustained in a 1996 shooting, the Seattle Times reported.
Police said she was found dead in her home in Kent, a Seattle suburb, but was the victim of a shooting that happened in either Renton or Seattle.
"We will be reaching out to both (police) agencies to determine where the original shooting occurred and pass this information on to that agency," police Lieut. Patrick Lowery told the Times.
