South Park Penn State, Taking advantage of their speedy production time, this week's installment of 'South Park' (Wed., 10PM ET on Comedy Central) may have been about Kenny and his siblings being taken from their white trash parents and put into foster care, but it had another thread running throughout the narrative in the form of their CPS social worker.


Apparently, he was more concerned about his comedy career than making sure the kids were put into good homes. To lighten the mood he continuously cracked jokes about the scandal at Penn State. The jokes were in terrible taste, but having them told through an unlikable character who was clearly being inappropriate was a very shrewd tactic by Parker and Stone.
