Earlier this month, the singer told Matt Lauer during an appearance on NBC's "Today" show, "To set the record straight, none of it is true... never met the woman."

His rep previously told Access, "It's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."
