Taylor Swift topless
The site CelebrityJihad.com posted a photo of a woman lying topless on a bed, her breasts exposed under blonde ringlets. While the site stops short of saying the image is of Swift, it said that the woman "bears a striking resemblance" to her, and headlined the post "Taylor Swift Private Pic Leaked?"
Swift's lawyers hold that the woman in the photo is not Swift. According to TMZ, they have sent a letter to CelebrityJihad warning it that it has posted "false pornographic images and false news" about the singer. If the site does not take the photo down, Swift's legal team say that it will sue for trademark infringement.
CelebrityJihad is currently weighing its options. While the site is having technical difficulties, perhaps due to a rush of traffic, it appears that it has not yet deleted the image.
Swift has yet to respond to the controversy herself. She is in the middle of her "Speak Now" tour, and last night tweeted a legit photo of herself staring wistfully into a mirror backstage in Memphis.
