Sid Owen to join Celeb Big Brother? Sid Owen is the latest person rumoured to be joining Celebrity Big Brother. The actor, who plays Ricky Butcher in EastEnders, decided to go into the house at the last minute, the Daily Star reports.

He's set to join famous faces including Pamela Anderson, Tara Reid and TOWIE star Amy Childs.

But he's got form in the reality TV department, having come third in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in 2005.

Celebrity Big Brother starts on August 18 on Channel 5.
