One player from the UK last night joined the ranks of the richest people in the country. But it is not yet known whether the winner is an individual or a syndicate, or where they are from.
The player matched all five main numbers and both Lucky Stars to land the bumper prize in last night's draw.
The immense pay-out places them 418th place in the UK rich list. The mammoth win has overnight made the golden ticket holders almost as rich as the Beckhams - who have a combined fortune of £165 million.
The jackpot had been capped after a series of rollovers made it the largest ever in the UK. It was down from the estimated £166million because of the slump in the pound.
