Ingredients :


* 1 pound(s) (3 cups) mixed strawberries and blueberries
* 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon(s) finely grated lemon zest
* 3/4 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
* 2 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter, softened
* 1/4 cup(s) sugar
* (1/2-inch-thick) slices of pound cake
* 12-inch squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil
* Crème fraîche or vanilla ice cream, for serving

Directions :

* 1. Light a grill. Mix the strawberries and blueberries with the lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix 1 tbsp of butter in the center of each foil sheet and put the fruits on top. Fold the sheet over the fruit to form a seam across the top.
* 2. Grill the pack over medium heat until the fruit is scorching (for about 10 minutes).
* 3. Spread the rest1 tbsp of butter on the pound cake and grill on both sides until it gets toasted. Put into plates. Open the packs and pour the berries and juices over the pound cake.
