Katona's ex loses legal bid
The former Atomic Kitten singer split from Mark Croft in 2009, and the taxi driver subsequently filed a request for her cash.
But the High Court in London has now turned down Croft's plea - because Katona was declared bankrupt a year before their split.
Katona married Croft in 2007. They have two children together, Heidi and Max. She also has two daughters with former Westlife singer Brian McFadden.
