Hottest Hot Sauces
Many of these are limited edition collections that were made in very small batches. Some are personally signed and some are not currently available due to being sold out. Just the names and packaging of these sauces are works of art. Some cost the same as works of art!
Even the last one on our list of the top 35 is extremely hot and should be handled with care. All of them come with a disclaimer on the packaging in case somebody is bold enough to think “I can take the heat” – you can’t. You shouldn’t consume any of these sauces directly. There is even one or two on the list that should never be used as they are so hot they are actually not consumable.

Blair's 16 Million Reserve
The king of all pepper extracts. Blair's 16 Million Reseve is the hottest hot sauce on the planet. This is an extremely collectable sauce with only 999 ever made. Blair himself sold out of these sauces in mid 2006.
Blair's 6AM Reserve
SOLD OUT! Up to 16 million Pure Capsaicin crystal. This is unreal. Blair's 6AM is a masterpiece. The contents of 6am range from a low of 10.3 MILLION to a pure 16 MILLION...In addition, to seal this work of art, Blair created two new waxes - Fire Yellow, and Power Purple. VERY LIMITED EDITION.
Blair's T-99 Reserve
The T-99 has many layers…Ranging from 480k on the base—then 1.6 mill—then 6.4 mill….Then 10 mill..Then Blair Sprinkled a Few Micro Grams of 16 Million Crystals on top.
Blair's 2005 Holiday Reserve
SOLD OUT! Up to 17,725,000 scovilles. This is a reare hot sauce where only 99 were ever produced. If you come across one of these you should certainly pick it up.
Blair's 2004 Holiday Reserve
More than double the size of Blair's standard reserves. Layered in Black, Red and White Wax with signature skull embedded on top. This is a great looking Blair's 2004 Holiday Reserve, the first of the Holiday Reserve Series. Only 299 were ever produced.
Blair's 2005 Holiday Reserve
Blair loves to bring special things out for his favorite holidays. This was made in 2005 for Halloween. Is a great collectable sauce. Definitely not for straight use! Only 299 ever produced.
Blair's Caldera Hot Sauce
SOLD OUT! Only 499 of Blair's Caldera hot sauces were ever made and they are rare to come by in the hot sauce world. Up to 13,000,000 scovilles.
The Source Hot Sauce
Released in 2002 this sauce is Original Juan's answer to Blair's AM Hot Sauce series. This is still a force to be reckoned with as on of the world's hottest hot sauces.
