Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald engaged. Paul McDonald and Nikki Reed are ready to get married. The former 'American Idol' contestant and the 'Twilight' actress are engaged after dating for just two months.


During the Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, 23-year-old Reed was spotted wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring.

The two started dating a two months ago, but only confirmed their relationship one month ago, after 26-year-old McDonald was eliminated from 'American Idol'. Two weeks ago, the pair moved in together in Los Angeles, in Reed's house.
